This week, I have chosen some more Argentine music, Argentine Tango one of the pieces that were popular in the iceskate rink of Southampton, where I met my Argentine husband sooooooooooo long ago. www.youtube.com/watch?v=bXhQNRsH3ucMy father-in-law always wanted me to learn this type of dance, but seeing the coordination it needs, I can see there is a very powerful reason why I never took him up on it! Tango is more often heard in Buenos Aires , the Capital of Argentina, other regions have their own favourite types, as my former Youtube selections have been showing. Have a good week, and looking forwatd to seeing others choices for this week. Daphne Attachments:

Here is another Scottish reel - The Dashing White Sargeant. We were taught various reels in school but most Scots learn to dance as soon as they walk. I have included the words, can you sing that fast:? www.youtube.com/watch?v=zCse0mrZp2ENow the fiddler's ready, let us all begin! So step it out and step it in. To the merry music of the violin We'll dance the hours away. Now the fiddler's ready, let us all begin! So step it out and step it in. To the merry music of the violin We'll dance the hours away. Katey and Peggy and Patsy and Coll, Callum and Peter and Flora and Moll, Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance away the hours together, Dance till dawn be in the sky; What care you and what care I? Hearts a-beating, spirits high, We'll dance, dance, dance. REPEAT TWO MORE TIMES The picture is Culzean Castle on the south west coast . (pronounced Cull Lane Attachments:
