Over Easter the weather is just cooling down after a warm Summer and it is the perfect time to attend some event or other, and there are always a few to choose from. This year it was Rathdowney and their 100th Heritage Festival. This is just a small country town over the border in Queensland, and it was our first time there. It was a simple but very enjoyable day, and we will go again. This little sulky caught my eye. www.rathdowney.org.au/Blessings, Jan Attachments:

Looks like a picture perfect type of day to me Jan. We seemed to be exceptionally busy over the Easter Weekend. Must be to do with the puppies or something but our weather was quite nice too and we had the little cuties outside several times. I am having the family over for Easter Dinner this coming Saturday so that will be nice. Sharon Attachments:

Yes it was a beautiful day, Sharon, especially as the first people we saw were some close friends, so we had a few onversations with them. Funny though, we didn't see anyone else from our town, and it was only 100kms away.

Been great catching up lately Sharon, would love to hear more from other members, too. It is raining heavily again, in fact odd weather today, rain, then brilliant sunshine, then rain again! So no garden photos as yet!!!! Looked back in my file to find a photo. This one when I had the garden going last time. Attachments:

Yes our Spring has turned into a bit of a soggy one Jan. Seems to rain quite a bit in the early mornings but drys out by lunch time, skies clear and if you look really hard one might be able to catch a glimpse of the sun. Looking forward to when Mother Nature wants to warm up the Great White North a bit. Attachments:

So much rain about...... though we have a climate change 'expert' in Australia with egg on his face when he said it would never rain again a few years ago.
It is cooling down slightly now, got my slippers out last night!
