One of my favourite breakfast ideas for those of us on the go is the Banana/Peanut Butter Roll-up. Easy too. Spread peanut butter on a thin soft tortilla shell. Place a banana on it and roll it up! Yummy, fast, and good. Sharon PS -- You can cut in half and share with a friend too which is always a lovely way to start your morning but these are sooooo good that I would be tempted to make a separate one for the friend. Sounds lovely Sharon. I've never tried that before. I'm always eating banana's, so I'm sure I'll enjoy this.

Yes you will Louise, it is soooooo yummy and so easy and so "portable", lol.

I'm a bad one for not eating breakfast at all...always have been...don't know why LOL!! Anyway, I've sort of adopted a breakfast idea that I got from when I was in hospital in 2009. A single serving of yogurt and one of those single servings of cheese along with a glass of juice. As it's near to impossible to get those single cheese servings for home, I buy the 500g bar of cheddar cheese (usually old or medium) and cut off at least 3 slices from the end, each about 1/4 inch thick....and if I don't have any single serving yogurts, I just make sure I have about 5-6 tablespoons of a large container. Add a glass of juice and I'm done in less than 5 minutes.
